FICTIONAL PRODUCT / GUIDED SUPPORT STUDY

VISUAL PRODUCT GUIDANCE

The right check.
Right where you need it.

Turn your product manuals into clear, visual steps. Start with a symptom, locate the part, then guide the customer through an approved check — with a useful handoff when the guide reaches its limit.

Inside this experience

Premade fictional product-support study.

M-01 is an original fictional machine. Its three authored scenarios run locally in your browser, using prepared images and your selected answers. There is no camera inspection, live diagnosis or service booking.

For your project, we connect your approved manuals, product details and escalation process, with a reviewable source for each step.

M-01 product guideFICTIONAL REFERENCE

Authored reference for this fictional sample only. It is not a manual for a real appliance.

Water tank

In this fictional M-01 guide, the clear removable tank is on the rear-right side. Check that water is visible in the sample tank. With the sample machine idle, lift the external tank slightly and place it back squarely until its base is seated. These checks use the external tank only.

Brew control & ready indicator

The small indicator sits beside the central front control. In this sample, a steady light means ready; a slow, even pulse asks you to check the water tank. Wait for the ready light before trying the brew control once. Any other light pattern, or a light that persists after the listed checks, goes to the support branch. No hidden service mode is included.

Cup preparation

For the sample temperature check, use a clean cup warmed with ordinary warm water, empty it, and place it under the outlet. Wait for the ready indicator, then try the sample brew and report whether the result improved. The experience does not measure temperature or determine a fault.
